Grip on the bottom, great quality, worth it
Great quality towels even after 10 washes and dry. Make sure to put it on tumble dry. The pink is so cute! It fits perfectly on my mat! It has grip on the bottom so you don’t slip in the towel does not move during a workout

I liked it enough I bought a second one
I don't know about you but I want my yoga towel to do the following things:1 - Not slide around on my yoga mat2 - Be comfortable to the touch of my skin3 - Be absorbent4 - Be neutral looking (no crazy color, pattern etc...)This towel does all 4. With regards to sliding around, I find I have to sprinkle water around my foot area as the moisture helps with the grip. The issue there isn't about the towel slipping around on the mat. It's my feet sliding back as I do downward dog. The non slip side decreases the chances of the towel moving however keep in mind the following. No amount of anything will prevent a towel from moving around if you drag your feet or slide yourself along the surface. I lift my hands and feet when doing yoga and this towel will stay put better than my other towel from another supplier that doesn't have the non stick coating. This is my second towel I've purchased from this company so I'm not having to do laundry as frequently. I've washed the first one around 20 times now and there's a slight fading of color as compared to the new one I just received. I like the non stick coating and it is still intact. In short, I'm happy enough with this product that I bought a second one to use. My first one still works fine. I recommend this if you're looking to try out a new mat.

great choice!
I had never used a towel on my yoga mat before and I feel lucky that I picked a great one without really knowing what I needed. I have a lot of foot problems and I was very worried about slipping and about the towel getting all wrinkled up as I moved. This towel fit my mat perfectly (I have a Yoga Rat mat). The pockets and grip of the towel kept the towel in place with no shifting. Per the directions, I sprayed a small amount of water on the towel at the start of class and I had no problems with grip. I actually felt that the towel gripped better than my mat alone and my mat is pretty grippy. I liked that the towel added a bit of cushioning to my mat - nice for poses on knees. After using this towel one time, I decided I liked this towel so much that I immediately bought a second one. The towel came with a tiny spray bottle and a drawstring bag in the same material as the towel. I got the blue to start and my red one just arrived tonight. The colors were true to picture online. I have already laundered and air dried the blue towel and it washed up just fine. Can't wait for my next yoga class!

Corner pockets are genius, towels don't account for shrinkage, no men colors or sizes
So, these products (mat included) would have been given a 5 star if it wasnt for these cons..Cons:1. Towels shrink in dryer, and are too tight for their yoga mat afterwords. Granted clothes should be hung dry to save resources, or at least tumble dried, but lets be real those are not options for many people. I don't see harm in designing them 1/2 too long for the mat to counteract this, as a 1/4 extra length on both ends wouldn't really hurt.2. No mens colors or sizes! Really wish they made a longer and wider mens mat with matching towels that have more masculine colors.Pros;1. Quality: It's there, the mat is solid yet reasonably light weight. Towels seem very durable, and both the mat and towels grip very well. (I'm a core power regular sweating like crazy)2. Design: The towels do there job in staying in place with the corner pockets, which is awesome.3. Look: good style doesn't hurt, these products look good. So, if you buy these try to never dry them in a dryer using heat to avoid shrinkage, otherwise these products are well worth the money. Please come out with a mens line!

Non-slip and Almost TOO Grippy
UPDATE: I bought a second towel in purple and have used it for a couple of weeks without any of the problems I had with the first one, even with my same old mat. Definitely five stars now.I bought my towel for hot yoga about six weeks ago and have used it 4-5 times a week since then. It stays in place perfectly and I don't slip when I use it, even before I've really started to sweat - I don't think I appreciated how non-slip it is until I tried another "non-slip" towel and injured my knee during the first class! It's really attractive; people stop me and ask about it all the time. It has been washed often in cold water and air-dried without losing its grip, although if it folds over so the sticky parts are touching, some of the sticky "pills up" when you pull it apart. It air dries quickly enough to use the next day with no dampness. I'd give the towel a 5++ if it weren't so grippy that once or twice I've pulled little bits of my mat away with it. You can see from the picture that the mat doesn't appear damaged, but I'd hesitate to use it on an expensive one. On the other hand, a higher quality mat might not come apart so easily. Other than that, you can see from the picture that my towel looks brand-new and hasn't faded. I'd have loved for it to shrink (please make it in a 68!!), but it's held its size and shape too. I'm ordering another one and considering a Heathyoga mat to see if the right fit and a higher quality mat fix the problems I'm having.

Better to use a Turkish towel
I take hot yin yoga classes that are extremely sweaty and we hold poses for minutes on end. I have always used a Turkish towel on my mat as I find it is great at absorbing all the sweat and It doesn't slide around. I saw others in my classes using these towels and I thought I would give it a try. While the towel may have grip to the mat ... the microfiber takes away all grip from your hands and feet and makes it impossible to hold poses. The thin cotton Turkish towels I use have enough grit to them so my hands don't slide. This was a total waste of money for me.
