An excellent read
A highly relevant text with case studies that challenge the reader to consider their own professional response to complex situations. The voices of service users are highly profiled while topics covered are extensive and cover a wide range of perspectives, including domestic abuse, mental health and stress. I would recommend this book to anyone studying social work or psychology.
