*WOW* Incredible growth!
I've started doing my test grow for this year and frankly, I'm SHOCKED. I always set 6 seeds of each type to see how the germination rate is. Usually, my early test grows are iffy. MANY of them are at 6/6 even though we lost power for 5 days so they didn't have either heat or light and our home got very chilly. Frankly, I'm very impressed! We have 12 acres and are planning to get as much out this year as we can. I will probably order a second bag because the test growth with these seeds is so much higher than the other company we usually order through (which btw costs SUBSTANTIALLY more $). I will post pictures/updates as I have them.*update* They were growing REALLY well... until they were killed by a late frost last week **SOBS** now I have to start all over! Thankfully there are plenty of seeds to replant!*update* #2. After replanting, everything is growing well. Everything in the new pictures are from this kit.. EXCEPT for the flowers, sunflowers and the lentils. I have now purchased 4 of these bags and given them to neighbors who all agree.. the price for so many varieties offers a big savings!*update* #3. Holy cow, nearly everything is still growing strong and producing like CRAZY! Talk about a great bargain. I've bought two of these sets... I will probably buy another two for next year. We are planning on adding another two acres to our garden because our friends/family/neighbors seem to appreciate the veggies!Update: I bought these multiple bags the last several years. But I wont buy this year!! Why? They started out at under twenty dollars. Then they were twenty five. Now FIFTY... in less than three years when money is the tightest it's been in a decade? No way!! I wont buy from companies that double the price of necessary products just to make a bigger profit margin in tough economic times. We grow a huge garden to reduce our food budget, you doubling your price... just lost a customer.

So far a quality transaction
Received my package in the mail today and was pleased with the great packaging. All seeds are sealed as shown in the item description and are contained within a larger plastic envelope. Very neat and very well organized and absolutely no need for a fancy tin or otherwise. I am not knocking other kits out there but I wouldn't want my seeds stored in a metal tin that could rust anyway. I have a nice plastic ammo case that is supposed to be moisture proof that I will use.The seeds are also very clean and seem to be previously stored and dried properly so I have no concerns about any more than 15% sprouting failure unless it is my fault. I don't know where Home and Garden America gets their stock from but everything seems to be quality. Naturally I haven't planted yet but unless I have some sort of catastrophic failure I don't foresee myself deducting a star. Thanks for the extra tomato seeds. I have never planted a golden variety tomato and probably never would have if I wasn't given the complimentary packet. I downloaded the PDF from the website and it is a really good planting guide. The pictures are a fantastic feature as well. They are much nicer than just a bunch of text and they make reading the guide sort of enjoyable. Considering it is really just a collection of instructions that is a bit strange lol. I'm about to throw it on my tablet so I have it for quick reference when I am away from home.So quick shipping, good price, great packaging and great product support. The only thing that would make it better would be if Mr.Harmon came and installed my fencing and irrigation for me but..... I will probably update my review at the end of the growing season. Thanks
