These replace a rubber strip that basically acts like the rubber edge of a dust pan, so that the robovac sweeps up larger bits instead of launching them out behind it. They arrived in OEM packaging and are identical to the part that they replaced. The rubber is firm but supple, allowing it to perform its function well--a badly needed maintenance part at a reasonable price.

I received my Robovac as a Christmas present last year (the unit is actually two years old). It has been working diligently three times a week since I got it, but while ago I noticed debris would pass through the vacuum when the vac was cleaning the linoleum floor in our kitchen. An inspection reveled the rubber strip attached to the brush guard had worn away. When I looked for the replacement part, there were none to be found. The model 11s has a very similar part, so I decided to take a chance.The Good:- The vacuum now works just as it did before- The installation was easy- Since I'm sure I'll need to replace this part again next year, I'm glad this is a multipackThe Bad:- It's not an exact fit for the 11c Pet's part. The holes don't line up, and the strip is somewhat shorter.- The replacement strip is being held in place by compression, sandwiched between the two halves of the brush guard. That being said, it feels extremely secure (I attempted to pull the strip out as a test, and it didn't budge)The Ugly:- I'm a little disappointed with Eufy, the 11c Pet Robovac simply isn't old enough to be discontinuing replacement parts like this. After ordering these strips I did contact Eufy by email, and their customer support (who was very nice) told me they had a few 11c Pet replacement parts in stock. It's a slightly convoluted process to get them, but for those who want an exact match, it seems like the only option.I hope this alternative "fix" helps other 11c Pet owners. I'll update this review with any new info.

This is my second purchase of these replacement rubber strips for my Eufy 11S max. Sadly each one only lasts about two months before needing replaced. I blame the short lifespan on my various carpet/tile/linoleum flooring. On one occasion I found most of the rubber strip that tears away by one of the furnace floor vents so I imagine running over them doesn't help either.I also believe that the frequent short forward/back turns the Eufy makes leads toward the ends of the rubber strip tearing and eventually the whole strip then tears off.I greatly appreciate Eufy offering these replacement rubber strip packs as they are a lower cost alternative to buying new brush guard assemblies every time the strip tears away. However, I do wish they would include the small oval shaped "pads" located on each end of the brush guard. I've noticed all three of the brush guards I've replaced have these pads worn down flush to the plastic compared to being slightly higher than the plastic with a new guard. I do believe this may have something to do with more frequent rubber strip replacement as the pads hold the brush guard about 0.5-1.0 mm higher above the floor (especially on tile/linoleum).These latest rubber strips are also a dark black compared to my last purchase which was bit more grey colored and had what appeared to be mold release compound residue. I'll see if that makes any difference on their lifespan.Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my 11S Max and greatly pleased that Eufy is supporting their product so well.
