FUSION Stand Only | Premium Aluminum Stand with Storage for iMac and Applel Displays

I Purchased the fusion stand because as a Voice Over Artist I stand and sit. Firstly the construction is absolutely stolid. However the main reason I purchase this is the because if has a phone cradle that you can thread a lightening bolt charger through to place your phone in the cradle and it always charges - this is key for my profession because many times I need to time my readings to fit into a :15 :30 or :60 second format.However I mistakenly only ordered the stand. I contacted iForte and asked them if it was possible to purchase the cradle. Usually as we know you send an email to a company and it usually gets lost or routed into an auto response. Not the case with iForte. I received an email from one of their customer services reps. Not only was she able to get the price of the cradle down to match the bundled price on Amazon - they paid for the shipping. But here is the real kicker - I received the cradle, the magnets that connect it solidly to the base as well as carefully detailed hand written instructions on how to mount it properly with Extra adhesive disks to ensure if I lost or mangled one (which often happens).Personal Customer service - going beyond and above to make sure their customers have exactly what they need is something very rare nowadays. An excellent design, construction and a personal connection with handwritten instructions and extra accessories to ensure a perfect installation.
