The Hollywood Beauty brand Carrot Oil is mostly cooking oils and chemicals. Also contains parabens. Even thought the pure carrot oil costs more, it is a better buy. If you wish ot thin it you can thin with the natural oil of your choice and skip the chemical stew. Ingredients: Soybean(Glycine Soja)Oil, Carrot Seed (Daucus Carota Sativa)Oil, Safflower (Carthamus Tinctorius) Seed Oil, BHT, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Horsetail (Equisetum Hiemale) Extract, Pecan (Carya llinoensis) Seed oil, Rose Hips (Rosa Canina), Fruit Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate), Isopropyl Myristate, Fragrance (Parfum), Cholesterol, Phenoxyethanol, (and) Methyl Paraben, (and) Isopropylparaben (and) Isobutylparbaren (and) Butylparaben, D&C Red #17(Cl 26100), D&C Yellow# 11 (Cl 47000)

I currently use all natural hair products like 100% Africa Shea Butter, Organic Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera Juice, Grapeseed Oil, Avocado Oil, etc. I found that the 100% natural hair products worked even better for my hair.
