Beautiful addition
The package arrived sooner than projected, which was a nice surprise. One corner of the rail arrived bent and I was afraid I would have to return it. With considerable effort, however, I was able to bend it to a workable position using pliers. Assembly instructions are pretty poorly explained. The package arrived with a small flat head screwdriver but all the screws are Phillips head, so be sure to have some tools handy. The end result is terrific and serves the purpose for which I bought the hedge: to beautify our rooftop by concealing the unsightly AC units and to cut down the noise they emit.

Great product & great company
We recently moved into a new home community and while the backyard pool/lanai is beautiful, the homes are very close together and offer very little privacy. These hedges are perfect! They are very sturdy and are exactly what we needed to provide privacy! This was a great company to work with - fast to respond to questions and concerns, knocked it out of the park for shipping time. Highly recommend!

Tall hedges (over 48”) have an issue
We ordered tall hedges. The height of the hedge came in two pieces instead of one piece! So, if had horizontal lines. Also, no mechanism to lock them securely together horizontally. The description of the item didn’t say this. Very disappointed after waiting weeks for this item.

Incomplete delivery
Order 2 privacy hedges and only received 2 random boxes with only just parts for the tops of the hedges. Incomplete delivery of products that I purchased.Very disappointed

Great Privacy with a little effort
Ordered 2 of the 64" hedges for privacy between me and a neighbor's connecting wall. Each hedge came in 2 boxes (which were quite heavy) but packaged well.I had some trouble getting some of the holes to line up properly with the pieces, but contacted customer service who gave a couple of suggestions that ended up working. Pro tip: have a rubber mallet handy.In the end, love how they turned out!
