THE BEST PENCILS. I don’t know why they discontinued them - they are made well and LAST - the durability is on point, they function well, are a great value, and the classic wood color is perfect - nothing to peel off. Forever my favorite pencils.

its comfortable in my hand. it writes and erases well. the pencil "color" is dark enough to read. sometimes when I buy the plastic "mechanical" pencils on the market, it will write much lighter.

I sent a box of things to the grandkids for the holiday and of all the things, they were thrilled with a new box of Ticonderoga pencils! I forgot the childhood joy of having a brand new pencil! The pencils are a great value, perfect for my 7 and 10 year old grandkids, and perfect for me as well!! I’m setting a reminder to reorder these for the grands each time I send them a package.

My kid picked these out because he liked the raw wood look. I like that they’re a bit better for the environment. Other than that, I haven’t personally used them, so yeah, they’re pencils.

Overall, these are pretty good pencils, but you should expect a weak pencil (breaks easily, shreds in sharpeners, etc.) to every two good pencils. Still, these are a pretty decent set of pencils.

Great over all pencil.

i use them for college work and as a sketching pencil and its held its ground which is impressive for any other standard writing pencils not meant specifically for drawing. i do have so real drawing pencils and some conte ones as well but i have to say these are really nice for the realism stuff i like to draw.
