This flame sensor is an easy replacement and will save you from spending the big bucks having a professional come in for a 5 minute job.

This is listed as a direct replacement for my furnace but the connector is too big. Had to use a Dremel to modify the connector so I could plug it into my furnace. So far it works with the modification I had to make to make it work.

I have ordered this flame sensor before. It works well. (The previous one had a electrical spade connector that was a touch wide.) I used my Dremel tool make it a touch smaller so it would fit the connector on the Lennox furnace. The particular item that was just received is a spare sensor to have on hand when it is required. It appears to have the correct size spade for the Lennox connector. The price was right. It was received in a timely fashion although there was no hurry to get it.

Arrived fast! Installed and heater is running strong!

Looks like this product works only with the Lennox models. It did not work with mine : GUI075A016AINOnce i purchased the original Flame Sensor - it worked.

Such a complete waste of time. This does not fit the furnace stated in the description.

Although it did not fit the wire that attached it to the furnace, I was able to modify the product to work. Was in a pinch and needed it immediately, if I didn’t need it immediately, I would have sent this product back.

Purchased as a replacement for a Lennox 52W29. The sensor rod is longer than the original (by about 1 cm), but this was not a problem as I had additional clearance anyway and I believe this part can be cut if required. The spade lug for the electrical connection was also around 1 mm wider than the original. This was easily fixed by widening the female connector slightly with a small tool to accomodate the larger lug. So far it has functioned perfectly.

I have a G40UH(X)Series. According to the description it should fit, but it is longer and the electrical connection is too wide. I am hoping when the time comes I will be able to modify it. The length is fine it will be just the electrical part.

Had to snip the connector tang down to about half size for the furnace connector to fit. Sensor rod is longer than oem as well, but it still works.
