Wake "M1" Boat Motor Cover - Outboard, Trailerable, Marine Grade Engine Cover

I bought one of these for our boat that sits in the water most of its life. The first one was needing replacement ...approx 4 years later.. works great. Good quality. Definitely recommend

These are a nice, inexpensive alternative for factory engine covers. The quality of the material is good, and the adjustable closure means you can fit it to a variety of engine shapes. They are not as snug as a factory cover, but are plenty secure. One tip regarding sizing, they run large. I have Yamaha 60's (four strokes) and the 25 hp to 50 hp covers are more than large enough.

I never got it so I don't know about it

For two stroke it is big.

This cover is well built and I like it. Easy to install and make a tight fit. Water tight.

The choice was either a close fitting branded cover made especially for my particular engine or this M1 generic cover at less than half the cost of the other choice. I chose the M1 cover ..... and I can say that it is made of good material and does the job of covering my engine. However, the fit is poor. This cover is so voluminous it makes my engine look like a pretty woman wearing a dress that is three or four sizes too big. So why did I choose the M1? Because unlike the fancy branded cover, it doesn't proclaim to the world that there is a brand new expensive outboard sitting under it. Sometimes less is more.

I have a 20 hp 2015 NISSAN and it fits good an stays on in transport..

4 days on the boat and the hatch got stuck. Marine grade product did not survive 4 days in the marine without breaking... Otherwise, it fits my Evinrude 25 etec OK, plenty of extra room still in. Material is good too. Could do better with the plastics.
