It is as it says - perfectly curred and matured. Sweet and nutty tasts loaded with bellota oils. Just finished my 2nd paleta, about to start the third. Prompt - must re order now (our 4th) don't want to run out. COVID19 may have has stopped visits to Spain but it' not stopped us enjoying Spains best in the UK. I highly recommend. PEDRO

This product was very disappointing. I've bought numerous spanish hams from various suppliers over recent years. Unfortunately, Brexit rule changes meant that my usual supplier wasnt able to operate earlier this year so i used this supplier. The quality of the product was very disappointing. The ham was too soft, not flavoursome enough and despite my repeated efforts to try it again or to cut it differently, leave it to mature a bit more,... nothing worked. Given the cost of this product, that makes it a massively expensive waste of money.

This is an experience. I am native spanish from seville. I am use to eat jamon since I have memory. My family normally send jamon to me every christmas, this year was not possible because of government restrictions. I have decided to give this a try and omg this is just awesome. The flavour, the smell, the back flavour that leave in your mouth. This is a jamon for people who knows how jamon taste and what is a good Jamon. Like with the wine, you need to know about it to appreciate it and honestly I am not an expert but this jamon is delightful.

I have bought several Jamón ibéricas from this company. They were 50% and we loved them so much I decided we would splash out and buy the 100% breed. A large amount was incredibly dry. Where there was fat the flavour was awesome but really not happy. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this Jamón.

Very quick delivery. I was very impressed with the packaging. The quality of the ham is amazing, really delicious. Highly recommended.

Very difficult to get any nice slices of ham from this joint. Maybe I was unlucky. I did not expect it to be so Fatty. Will try the Tesco or LIDl joints next time.

Give them a second try due to the first one were mouldy, it surely didn’t disappoint, it has a buttery favour, We brought the 100% iberico which is their high end stuff, worth the money if you can afford it!

La perfección hecha paleta

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del prodotto; la consegna è arrivata in anticipo, l’imballaggio ben presentabile, il peso del prosciutto addirittura superiore a quanto prospettato e il gusto davvero eccellente: ottima proporzione tra quantità di carne e di grasso, che oltretutto si scioglie in bocca. Lo riprenderemo, perché è davvero molto buono. Consogliato!

Quelques bonnes sections, mais trop sec - trop de viande non comestible. Le rapport quantité / prix aurait été bien meilleur si nous avions acheté les tranches de paleta prédécoupées.
