Really great. SUPER high quality. Makes such a huge difference. Even though I'm renting a place it's something that makes life way better. The plastic one I got from Home Depot was terrible. And yes, I'll take it with me when I leave!

Replaced the old plastic toilet seat with this one and it is definitely an UPGRADE! he nice thing about this seat is that it has a "quiet close" and will not slam down by itself. It will slowly lower itself and is very quiet. The construction is very solid and fit the toilet perfectly. It was very easy to install and solidly anchored. The seat is easy to clean and it is a great value for the money. Because it is built from solid wood, it is not ice-cold when you sit down, which is a welcome change from the old plastic seat!

Picked this up on marketplace for $30.69. Great savings as I didn’t want to spend too much considering all the negative reviews regardless of brand. This one was in new condition aside from the box being previously open, all parts to install were intact. This fit our Kholer elgonated toilet perfectly. Super easy to remove old and install new. Has the soft close which is a nice feature with the wooden seat. Hopefully, it holds up longer than the last one. Crossing fingers. Would definitely watch for more deals on marketplace in the future.

This toilet lid/seat was great in terms of shutting gently and silently. But then after 10 months of use in a 2-adult bathroom, it just broke entirely (see pics). Seems unreasonable. UPDATE: I contacted Kohler on their website support chat and since it's been under a year, they are shipping me a new toilet seat. Bumping back up to 4 stars for great customer service.
