Amanda Cook oozes integrity and is a genuine expert having lived every word of her advice to grow her own businesses and help so many others to do the same. There are no spare words in the book, it’s all super-practical and endlessly inspiring. Crucially, Amanda recognises the areas where people can get stuck or procrastinate and tackles these issues head on. The interviews with other wellness entrepreneurs are a clever addition, each one carefully chosen for it’s relevance to the topic at hand. The book bonuses referred to throughout are also really helpful. Anyone looking to build their business online should devour this book – and then return to it with a notebook and pen at the ready.

fantastic book! clear, easy to follow and consice....
I absolutely love this book!!!! i'd been doing loads of research online about marketing for my new business, and i'd explored many concepts, but really wasn't sure what was the right thing to do, and what I needed to be focusing on to start and grow my business. Amanda makes sense of everything! All the things id read, like the importance of establishing who your target market is for instance, are defined with simple clarity, and most helpful of all, is that Amanda sets out exactly how you need to work through all these important aspects to build a clear marketing strategy. Im currently doing some of the market research that Amanda suggests in the book, and her method has given me more insight in one week than I could have got from months of hard work researching online. Thank you Amanda. I feel so lucky that I stumbled across your book!

A book to help you realise your dreams and business potential!!
I have followed Amanda and listened to her amazing and motivating podcast for a while now, so I was truly excited when she informed her community that she was writing a book. I'm a new wellpreneur who has been seeking the most informative advice and guidance I can to help me through my lack of business savvy and my own personal anxieties and fears of starting out. This book provides you with a clear understanding of how to do just that. The tips and techniques Amanda shares will enable anyone who takes action to move forwards and progress. I am finally motivated to follow these logical steps and can't wait to see how my own business, positively evolves.

A good synthesis of what's currently working in successful health/wellness businesses ...
A good synthesis of what's currently working in successful health/wellness businesses and hence ideal for those starting out. As a digital marketer, the emphasis is on "the system" and keeping it simple. That's a highly valid message to be making with all the choices we are bombarded with in growing a health/wellness business with a strong online presence. However for me, it's also about your level of conviction for what you do (for others) and how well you show how much you really care. If you can couple the essential business know-how with this likeable, well-informed, on-purpose personality, then chances are you will be well on your way to success in the health/wellness space!

Practical steps to help with online marketing for wellness professionals.
Really helpful book for anyone in the wellness industry who wants a solid plan for marketing their business online. I like the clear steps to work through what you need to do to create a plan that you can easily implement. Although it focuses on online businesses there is still plenty to learn for anyone who sees clients in person and wants to use online marketing to grow their business.Learning the business side of a wellness career can be tough and I think Amanda does a good job of working through easy but effective steps to promote your business. Now it's just about finding time to implement my new marketing plan.

Must read if you are starting
Two days of great ideas. This book is a really good starting point for someone that is looking to start something in the area. Huge help when it comes to decide your niche and takes some of the fears away about it. She gives you a plan while you are reading. Maybe its not the book if you started or if things are going well. But if you think something is not quite right she will give you some insite.

Interesting book
This is a really interesting read, for someone who has just qualified as a Life coach and is looking to begin marketing and getting clients. It's written in a down-to-earth and knowledgeable way. The thing I've found most useful so far is the realisation that just getting on and doing something is better than procrastinating for weeks (months!!) and not getting any further forward.I think this is a book that I will refer back to again and again in the future.

This book has nothing to do with wellness, it's a book about email marketing.
I was slightly suspicious of the glowing reviews, and I now I wish I had avoided this book. Having read most of it (I couldn't stomach any more) I'm quite sure this author knows where to buy her reviews. The 'big idea' in this book is to collect email addresses, and send out emails to try to sell other stuff ...no honestly, that's it! The book is really designed to get you to go to the author's website, and buy her other products. Her website address turns up 20 times in the text. The first few chapters are hackneyed stuff about target markets. The chapters are padded out with snippets of interviews from her podcasts, but if you want to hear more ...you guessed it, you'll need to go to her website, where she can collect your email address from you.She highly recommends using mass email software, and tells you what to look for, but for her actual recommendations ...you'll need to go to her website. You get the idea.Essentially this book has zero information for wellness professionals. I think she came up with the name 'wellpreneur' and a nice logo and just decided to target therapists. This book could have been better aimed at electricians.I'm annoyed I wasted my money. It's a book about email marketing, and there are better books about that topic.
