I don't think you have the option to choose the color, you get whatever they send, but for me that was not an issue. Mine were a kind of purplish red. I have a Coleman Sundome 4 and as you Coleman Sundome owners know the rainfly connects to the ground rings with a plastic hook, if that hook breaks which being it's plastic there's a real possibility of that, that's where these carabiners come in handy. There's a loop where the plastic hook is connected and all you have to do is open the carabiner, insert it into the loop then open it again and clip to the ground ring then adjust your fly as normal, problem solved. I keep four in the bag with my tent for just such an occasion. The carabiners seem to be of very good quality and the spring closure is nice and strong. These things are very inexpensive and have many uses but the day you set up camp and that plastic hook on your fly breaks, you will be glad you have some of these in your kit.

Harry Houdini has been reincarnated as one of our cane corso puppies. She has managed to get herself out of her double locked cage so many times while we are at work and go on a shredding spree. I got fed up with coming home to dog bed #7 torn to shreds because she managed to escape her cage and got into mischief. Ended up purchasing these for some added security against the locks and it has been a game changer. They have been able to withstand the strength of a large breed puppy weighing close to 50 pounds and still growing. So happy for the piece of mind that she hasn’t figured out how to break them yet. I haven’t had any issues with opening them and locking of unlocking them from the cage.

I purchased these at the same time I purchased a larger quantity of smaller carabiners (also rated 5 stars) for a trip abroad. I use these specifically to latch together the opposing zippers of my checked luggage, since TSA is notoriously rough with bags and my zippers almost always came slightly open. These can be used for any number of simple household purposes... these are not outdoorsman carabiners for climbing, these are for holding simple things like aluminum bottles, keys, noise cancelling headphones, etc, etc. I purchased these months ago and am so glad that I did! Not a big deal but I ordered these thinking they were going to be blue like it shows in the picture and they were red. They didn't offer the option to select a color. If they had I may have changed to a different color but it is what it is I guess. Still same manufacturing company and everything though.

It’s a good thing I bought two, because I broke the first one. Very good product, but I should have checked the weight rating before I purchased and bought ones that locked in place.

They hold stuff in place! Work well for paddleboarding and making sure you don't lose your water bottle and things.

The teal color pictured is so pretty. It's a shame that I, too, have received a pink set instead. I am beginning to suspect that pink is all they have, but the teal picture sells better. The links do appear to be sturdy. We use one for a church key and the other for a water bottle. We haven't had any issues with either. They're a little smaller than what I've grabbed in stores before, but they do the job just fine. I don't love the bright pink, but for the value, I can't complain too much.

Very good product. Extremely useful and very strong. The color fades with time. The alloy and specially the spring sustains corrosion of sea water.
