when the box came it had the cleaning solution all over the box and im pretty sure some one had previously used the brushes and towel since the bristles were falling out and the towel was covered in little pieces of grass

The box comes with 2 Brushes, a wiping cloth and a bottle of the shampoo. The blue brush is used to brush off all excess dirt before you apply the shampoo with the horse hair brush.In short, the shampoo smells great and works incredibly well to remove dirt from your shoes, you must use it in conjunction with a horse hair brush to see best results.I have only rated 3 stars because it's overpriced. The shampoo on it's own is about £5 and you can pick up a virtually identical horse hair brush for £2-3. The cloth is useful but once again, no different to a standard lint free cloth you can buy in any supermarket in packs of 5 for £1.My advice would be to buy the shampoo on it's own and take an extra 5 mins to buy the other items separately.

La brosse aux poils violets (poils durs) est parfaite pour nettoyer les saletés incrustées dans les baskets, notamment les semelles (sur des adidas tubular par exemple). Ensuite un coup de brosse à poils blancs (souples) pour retirer toutes les poussières, puis le produit avec la microfibre, et les baskets sont toutes propres, presque comme neuves !

Doesn't clean as well as it claims and takes plenty of effort to clean the suede part of my sneakers.

The actual product itself is very good and looks smart. Unfortunately however, when it arrived, the plastic box it comes in was completely cracked and when we took the lid off it shattered. Not impressed seeing as it was a gift! But like I said, the actual products are very good, just a shame about the delivery of it!
