Honestly is the best policy - I ordered this and it arrived cracked. You could clearly see how it was mishandled and where it was ‘set down’ (as we will nicely say) You can find it cheaper, with a longer delivery time, that won’t show up damaged - if you have the time. I returned this to amazon and bought at a competitors site, I’m obsessed with the product itself. Stark clean white. Beautiful basin with a good depth. Matches my white marble and brushed bronze kitchen beautifully.

Heavy duty, well finished sink. I have had it installed as an undermount for about 2 months. The grid works well.I have a disposal installed on it. There so much room to work with your dishes- it's great. Shipped Well packed with foam and heavy corrugated. I initially bought a B***hi brand fireclay sink from Amazon, but it arrived cracked in multi- pieces. It was not as well packed and was pricier than this one.

This is a very attractive sink that was easy to install. Delivery was fast.

I ordered this sink after a different sink I ordered arrived totally broken! This sink is a beautiful, deep, rich looking sink! During our remodel, we had so many issues just ordering and receiving a pretty white sink. This one arrived and is perfect! We’ve only used it for a week so not sure about scratch resistant but it comes with a wire rack for the bottom which protects it from scratching. I didn’t think I’d like the rack but I do!We’re very satisfied!

The sink looks great and installed well. However, when the box arrived it was partially opened. After taking sink out I located a letter written by Empire Industries. The letter stated that my included grid was packaged and shipped separately and would arrive a day or two after my sink. Well, I was already upset because the sink was over a week late from when it was supposed to arrive, which set my remodel back further. Now I finally get the sink but no grid. It has now been over two weeks and have not received this grid that came with the sink. I even emailed Empire Industries directly and have not got any response. Hasn’t been a good experience, but the sink looks nice.

Love this sink, would buy it again. It's huge, which it what I was looking for. It can be installed under the counter, or on top, since the edge was not rough (like it usually is on an undermount). It did not come with a template though...

We needed a sink quickly, and all the home improvement stores were out of stock of the type of sink we needed. I thought this was a risky move buying one off Amazon, but it is beautiful! So happy with the quality.

The sink is beautiful, but VERY HEAVY. Beware it will scratch! Scratched day 1 after install. I have emailed customer service 3 times and no response, because I never received the grid that was supposed to come with the sink. It has been a month and no grid
