Very good if you have shoes with bad cushioning.

Got relief from heel pain.daily standing for 8 hours. weight is little more.

Worst product compared to other frido and other gel shocks which I have used earlier. No proper heel support in shoes and no cushion comfort

The insole is actually pretty decent and good quality, the thing to remember is even though they have given the cut-out lines to cut the insoles to bring them in the size, you should not directly cut on their guidelines and the shoe sizes are different . Cut it as per your shoe size and your last sole used in the shoe. The absorption is amazing and shock absorption is amazing while speed walking.
