i recommend if you just want a small bump in performance on a mac that you still want to hang onto.

works great. They just work
This is the second memory stick I purchased. Both modules were placed in two different 24" Imacs from late 2007. Once I upgraded to Mavericks the Imacs were unusable with only 2GB. Imacs now have one 4GB stick and one 1GB stick (orig) for a total of 5GB, works great. They just work.
