Received 2 weeks ago and taking the recommended of 2 pills twice a day. In the next two weeks I will have my bloodwork and we will see if this is lowered my cholesterol. I will update my review once I get my blood work in.

Easy on the digestive system, no update stomach and helped keep LDL in the normal range.
Used this product to help keep LDL in a normal range healthy range.

So far I like this product. I’ll know more when I check my cholesterol in a few months. It has vitamin B so I get a kick from it too!

Gigantic Pills
After spending hours reading other reviews, I thought I had chosen a reasonable supplement. Just got it today and I couldn't swallow 1, let alone the 2 it's supposed to be. Going to try taking them by squeezing out the liquid. Way too big for me due to health issues.
