I absolutely loved having this book to help guide me on what foods to make for my infant. We're only on purees so far but I thinks he's almost ready for baby led feeding pecipes which are also in this book. There ate snacks and family dinners as well. This has really helped me so much on this journey to provide better foods to my baby and not have to shop the toxic store bought baby foods. Everything we have tried in this book so far, my baby has loved!

As a first time mom, I was lost where to start when introducing solids. This book provided me some guidance and great tips and recipes to start well.

Love all the purées, my babies love them. Can’t wait to try baby led weaning finger foods!

Tons of useful information. Nice coloring. Made lots of recipes for my child from here!

This was great for getting ideas but found the recipes used a lot of ingridents making them more complicated than I wish and I did not get much use out of this.

I enjoyed all the recipes!! It leads you stage by stage on the growth of your child, showing you what to feed them.
