The song was as I expected, but the volume was too high for me. I wanted this for a new baby's room. It's very loud.

The one I received was in a nice box and it played and still plays. Received in the beginning on April. I had it delivered to an amazon locker. Not sure if that had anything to do with it coming in great shape.
