Finnish army Genuine M65 Field Cap. Finland Military Issue Surplus Wool hat

Brilliant cap superb quality well worth the money. I read the reviews before buying and took note that they were a bit over sized. I normally wear a size 61cm in caps and so ordered a size xl 60cm and it fits perfect. I would definitely recommend this to all.

This is the bog standard hat for summer uniform for the Finnish army certainly in the 1970s. Comfy warm cap. Comes up big. My uncles and cousins all wore these. Like all stuff issued to conscripts the quality is okay but basic. A good outdoor working cap which any Finn over 40 would recognise but no one else would have a clue. Memory plays tricks. I remember these as a bit more substantial and a bit woollier but I last put one on my head 35 years ago!

I'm lucky because this hat fits spot on. It looks smart. It feels comfortable. I like the wool-twill material. There is a leather band inside the cap to wick sweat. I like the fold down ear and neck protector. Happy with this purchase and to recommend. Thank you.

Had this now I think 2 weeks and it's a grand hat for going to school, gwand job at stopping the rain and decent for the ol evening

The product is well kept, very quick delivery. Personally I would recommend to go for one bigger size.
