Ordered this based on the style, oil-rubbed bronze finish, great price, and positive reviews. Just received the standalone tub filler and am very impressed with the quality. The hoses are a bit too long for my installation, but as others have mentioned here, the company offered to send custom-length hoses in 5-6 days.

This is the second tub filler we've purchased from this seller and we love both. The first one was purchased about 4 years ago and we've been very happy with it. Solid feel, high quality materials and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Of course the price is amazing. This newest one is installed in my mother-in-law's home and it really completes the look of the renovation. We did have one small issue, but a quick call to customer service and they gladly helped and were very kind.

UPDATE: We received the new water lines within 5 days. They were just the right length. Once installed, the tub filler had excellent pressure and filled the bathtub quickly. The product is sturdy, attractive, and a good value. I would purchase from this company again. **Make sure you assemble the provided lines in the tub filler before installation to be sure you have the right length. Customer service did an excellent job getting us the new lines we needed quickly. Call as soon as you can, so your installation isn’t held up.** The tub filler looks great- simple design. We had an issue with the supply lines being too long. I contacted customer support and they sent out new lines to us.

Looks great. Can't get a sturdy mount to the floor. Wobbles a little. For the price, they are not bad.

I called customer service for longer water lines. The customer service personnel were excellent and answered my call and textspromptly. They offered to ship out the longer lines immediately at no cost to me. The product itself is also exactly as described. I haven't been able to test the actual product yet since I don't have the waterlines yet, but the product seems very sturdy and well made.
