I have been taking this product for over a year now. I think it works for me as a sleep enhancer and for after workout muscle recovery. But the stupid use of petroleum based coloring agents should be phased out sooner than 2027 as suggested by RFKjr. Although not yet fully banned (as of early 2026), the FDA announced plans to phase out these petroleum-based synthetic dyes from the food supply (which would include dietary supplements if they are ingested): • FD&C Red 40 • FD&C Yellow 5 • FD&C Yellow 6 • FD&C Blue 1 • FD&C Blue 2 • FD&C Green 3 These are widely used artificial colors but are targeted for removal by regulatory action through ~2027

Tried pretty much everything but this one puts me to sleep faster, I stay asleep and don't wake up super groggy. I sometimes feel a little groggy if I take both the purple pills nothing crazy like some other products, but you might want to start with one 1 and see how you feel. Solid product, I'm starting to not look tired all the time!

However, I've also noticed a downside – I tend to feel more tired during the day, which could be due to poorer sleep quality.. but overall I believe it made a difference since taking them

Doesn’t work at all. In fact it made my brain more alert all night long and was better off not taking them. I am not sure what is in this that made my brain active all night long.
