Easy to install and works as intended.
I was looking for a solution to block an air vent near a very sensitive scale. I came across this solution and works perfectly. I only needed to block one side that blew air onto the scale and it gave wild readings. Installed the Airvisor and it stops air blowing on one side and no more erratic scale readings. Installation was very simple, just follow the directions on the box. You can buy additional pieces to block more sides and it will still be cheaper than replacing the whole vent for one that closes.

It’ll stop the air from blowing on you and causing you to want to go postal in the office!
I was working in an office right under the air vent. I HATE air blowing on me and this thing saved the day without having cardboard duct taped to the ceiling. (Trust me, my office looks bad enough!) I was a little bummed it only came with one deflector but it turned out that was all I needed. A little pricey for one though. Unfortunately, I also had to buy a new ceiling vent because the old one was just a mesh screen. (Another reviewer said they were able to use this with a mesh screen but I didn’t try.) My peeps installed the new vent and this deflector and I didn’t have the feeling I wanted to kill anyone anymore. :-) Safety first! Buy this thing!

Love
This thing is genius. Makes my workspace so much more comfortable. Easy to install (I did watch the installation video from the company website). It's been up for a month or so now and I love it. Blends nicely with the existing diffuser.

Works Great and clips into place.
I needed to deflect some air from a vent due to an employee being cold. This deflector worked out great, it just clips into place and deflects the air from going where I do not want it too.

Count not install it properly due to vent design that had grill above it
The installation was terrible. I could not install this to the vent that we have because of the grill above would not allow the metal piece (grabber/holder) to slide fully in the vent. I could not remove it after all, had to bend the metal piece to get it out. Buy plastic (single piece) air diverters instead. I have used them in the past and they are super easy to install, no pain at all (like this one).

Need more than one
The idea was great but we ended up ordering three since the first one really did not divert the air flow enough for the comfort of our employee. Three worked but for the price we could have bought a different item.

A worthy prescription for those suffering temp fluctuation sickness!
I have been called Sniffles by my boss because sniffle a lot. During Spring and Fall - it's understandable, but summertime? I thought it was just allergies, but one summer day I got really sick and I had to take the day off. I noticed that that one particular summer day, the air directly above my ceiling has been blowing really cold air despite the thermostat being set to 80. My work area is very near the common area and I can not control the way the Building Mgt sets their thermostat. Me setting ours to 80 has not really been helping bec theirs is still set at a lower temp and the way the air vents are configured is just not right - but I can't change any of those. I googled and found a more permanent solution - deflect the air that's blowing directly on top of my head. I searched Amazon for deflector options. Airvisor had the best reviews, so I tried them and bought 4. I have 2 air vents on my work area. I put 2 on each. No more temp fluctuation sickness for me. Hurray! Thanks to all who did the helpful reviews. I hope mine would help others as well.
