Super to reached my horse with!!! Also nice after winter oat is gone to get dried mud and the dirt from down on the skin. My horse looks great-and he is white!

I bought this in December. After the 3rd use bristles fell out. Not only does this affect the job it does it makes it unbalanced or wobble on the drill. Now the fun part. Contacted Sullivan Supply. They told me they don’t sell on Amazon. Checked my order. It came from NRS so I contacted them. They said my order number showed it came from Amazon and they (NRS) couldn’t do anything and they gave me an Amazon customer service number. When I finally got through to a live person they said my return window ended February 1. (Today is February 12). And there was nothing he could do. After telling him what I thought of Amazon customer service I asked if I could yell at someone else. A “supervisor “ came on the line and after hearing the story again about my “return window expiring”, she finally agreed to offer me a refund with a return of the item. (I wanted to exchange it for a new one but that’s ok) NRS has a retail store in my town. If I would have purchased it there I could have laid this defective brush on the counter and picked up a new one. This experience makes me question buying anything on Amazon and I am a Prime member. Amazon customer service is beyond abysmal. I feel for Sullivan Supply that this product is a reflection on them as well as NRS. My frustration is not with either of them it is solely with Amazon.
