This vacuum works great, really sucks it up in a clinch. The only ding is that the clips on the side that hold the motor to the canister can detach a bit too easily, but you can learn to minimize that. Otherwise a great machine at a good price. I needed it for a cleanup job I was dreading, this thing zipped right through it in no time.

The Stanley Wet/Dry Vacuum is a must have to help keep your garage clean. This little shop vac is a powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. It's small but mighty, and I like how powerful the suction is. The vacuum doesn't require a vacuum bag to use, but can be fitted with one to keep the inner barrel clean and is easier to empty without making a mess. The unit is lightweight, has a long cord so you're not restricted to a small area, and the hose comes with different nozzles so you can use it for vacuuming narrow spaces, wide sections of carpet, or just whatever fits into the existing base nozzle. Initial assembly takes less than five minutes before the unit is ready to go, and as it's stated, it can be used for wet or dry application. I generally use this for vacuuming around my garage, in my car, and outdoors during the fall to catch all those pesky leaves. If you choose to use it for wet applications, it's easy enough to detach the barrel receptacle to empty and rinse clean. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a smaller shop vac and something I would purchase again.

We needed to replace our dry vac that finally bit the dust after many years and lots of use. I couldn't have picked a better replacement. This is fantastic. It has interchangeable attachments depending on what you're wanting to pick up. I'll be honest and say...I use this instead of my vacuum cleaner. It's much better. I'm actually giving my vacuum cleaner away now. I even clean my sofa, etc with this. All tiny crumbs, pet hair, and on and on are picked up in one swipe. The assembly was a no brainer. Love it.

Have used this shop vac in my garage and as a wet dry vac in my car. Works great. Good value as well.

I waited a few months before i wrote a review. Pros: -lightweight -great suction -price point -small enough to fit in a closet Cons: -its pretty loud when its on - the base is small and its prone to tip over. if it tips and looses suction, turn it off and flip it back on its wheels and when you hear a "clunk" turn it back on and its good to go (at least it worked for me! ) - the cord is short, i ended up adding an extension cord I feel its worth it and i would recommend it :)

No, seriously it sucks really well. I have a fairly small apartment and a cat and this absolutely scares the crap out of him and makes him stop annoying me for a bit and also it works really well and is really easy to clean. Seems durable as heck. It's Stanley so it ought to be.
