I was using my frother practically every single day. It's great for making cold foam, or blending flavored powders into coffee. The product looks great, is powerful, and reliable. Now let me touch on reliability a bit. Mine stopped working after over a year of use. I switched the batteries, followed the troubleshooting process, and finally decided to contact Zulay kitchen customer service. I provided my order number after explaining what the issue was and submitted a video. They sent me a brand new milk frother in just a few days. Same model as what I purchased. They sent me an extra one as well. So now I have two. I highly recommend this product just for the customer service alone, but this bad boy froths very well. I felt lost without it for the few days I had to wait for shipping. When you get used to a routine you lose sight of how useful some products are until you don't have them. This is one of those products that fits the saying "if you do things right, people won't be sure you're doing anything at all." I was lost without the frother.

I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

This whisk works exactly as it should and is very well made. It feels solid in the hand, with a comfortable grip and strong wires that don’t bend or warp while mixing. It’s lightweight but sturdy, easy to clean, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The size is just right for everyday kitchen use, and it performs better than some more expensive whisks I’ve owned. Overall, a great value and a reliable kitchen tool. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worked great for just shy of two years. And then it just stopped working, it didn't slow down like it did when the batteries were dying it just completely quit on me yesterday. I double checked that the batteries were still good and they are fully charged, I still change them just in case that was the problem but nope completely died on me. Womp womp

Easy to use and very quiet. Works well and forths well in my hot chocolate. Cleans quickly and just fits in my drawer with my straws. Good price for what you are getting, I did get it on sale and has good battery life.

Bought this to make latte and boy does it make a good latte! It creates creamy smooth micro foam in under a minute. Customer support from Zulay has been amazing too. The frothy guides are fun to read and gives good inspiration for our homemade beverages

Je suis très déçue de cet achat, je ne m'en sers même pas car même avec des piles neuves, la puissance est insuffisante pour faire mousser mes boissons, dès qu'il entre en contact avec un liquide chaud ou froid, il ralentit et patine presque. Un flop ! J'aurai du prendre un modèle rechargeable et plus puissant.
