Out of the box this thing needs adjusting of the shear blades. The only issue I had was the paint they use on the frame casting was coating the inside of the machined pockets for the bearings. That paint is very tough and was put on in a thick coat so it took a bit of effort using scrapers to get it out without scratching up the cast iron. The top of it had to be disassembled to get to the bearing pockets. After that though, it worked pretty well.

Styrofoam packaged and survived the trip from China. Handle on the left (front) view. The right cam arm was missing the key (and lock screw) that connects the cam to the roller. I have a HF key set and used the grinder wheel to make one and stole one of the cam cover plate screws temporarily for the cam lock screw. Before this fix, the shear, break, and roller would all not work as expected. The shear is sharp, so don't play with the blade. The break pinch depth is adjustable and the set lock bolts also stabilize the frame. The end play for the removable roller needed shimmed with flat washers to keep the gears aligned to be able to roll steel. After shimming the roller, I had to loosen the break lock bolts to drop in the roller and then pull in both sides of the frame to eliminate left-to-right frame sway and then tighten up the break lock bolts to keep the roller gears aligned. I was able to roll 16 gauge steel. I haven't had the best of luck with the Vevor line, but this time with some setup adjustments I think the value was there for the money. Don't expect this to work perfect out of the box, you will have to tighten things up and setup baselines.

We purchased this 3 in 1 for a production line tool to work with pre-cut 12 inch metal pieces.You would expect a tool specified and advertised as 12 Inch capacity would probably have a slight oversize allowance (typical), but not in this case. This 3 in 1 actually is Undersized, more like 11-7/8 inch or less. The sheer blade is 12 inch, but 12 inch metal cannot pass through the frame. Maybe not a big deal for many buyers that don't expect much from Amazon products, but this is Unacceptable. If we don't return this, the iron frame will have to be notched to allow 12 inch metal to slide through the sheer.

Came missing a couple things, spring for shear brace to hold metal down, the backstop was bent, the lid to cover rollers was bent and fell off the hinge pins, paint just falling off with rusted metal underneath.... Other than that I took a gamble on it knowing the price and place it was built.... I played with a few license plates and some round stock, after getting the machine adjustment bolts and screws all squared up and cleaning the machine up. It works well. Shear is a razor, break works as it should. Rollers work but have to get used to guessing where you are level on the rollers. Counting rotation of the adjustment bolt/knob doesn't work..... All in all for what I knew I was getting and a little elbow grease it'll work just fine for my needs! The thing I like about this one is, you can fit a full 12 inch wide part and can roll 16 and bend 16 with no issues. But "not rated" for it.

I waited nearly a year before finally purchasing this product. I can't believe how easy it is to use and how quickly I am able to fabricate stupid little bracket or whatever I need to make for my various project's. If you are needing something like this, just go for this one!

Item was damaged when I received it, which was strange because the wooden crate it came in did not look damaged. Meaning it was shipped to me knowing it was damaged. Both of the slip roll tension adjusters were bent so that was disappointing everything needed to be adjusted for it to work properly. I expected to have to adjust some things but having to replace items before I can use it is disappointing.
