I’m a sign language Interpreter and needed a professional background while working remotely from home. The quality and sturdiness is excellent. I was surprised at how heavy duty this is. The price is excellent for a 5’x7’ background. Highly recommend this product if you need a sturdy background. One thing to note is this only stays upright for me 100% vertical bc I have the end tucked behind a night stand which is fine for me bc I’m in my office sitting or standing. It does need something to lean against (wall). If you’re using this outside doing photography you’d need some type of stand to connect it to or someone to hold this.

The product is perfect except that it takes quite a bit of strength to fold it. The metal frame around it is quite rigid which is important, but it makes it more difficult to fold it up to place in the bag that comes with it. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for how much strength it takes to fold it up.

This product seems fine as a green screen, the problem is trying to fold it back up. The thing comes with no written instructions on how to unfold it or fold it back up. Even on their website, there is no link to instructions or videos on how to refold it to take it down and return it to the carrying case. It is made with a sturdy metal frame inside which is strong and has a lot of spring tension in it when folded up. When you remove it from the carrying case it immediately snaps open hits everything around it. When you try to collapse it down, that same spring tension works against you and smacks into everything in your room. I wrestled with it for a long time before thinking there had to be instructions online. When I looked at the product on their website there was again....nothing.After searching other parts of their website, I finally found a link to a video (on a different smaller product that they sell) which gave some weak instructions as to how to fold a green screen. The product I bought different. It is much larger and so the instructions don't work the same. When I tried to follow the instructions from the other smaller product it did not work as there is no clear side or indicators as to where to fold it. The long cloth skirt on this product also makes the online instructions useless as they do not explain what you are supposed to do with the skirt while trying to fold it. The frame is very unwieldy and snaps back whenever you try to fold it. It even left scuff marks on my office wall as it forcefully snaps back into an unwound position and smacks everything within sight (table lamps, trash cans, etc.) I will now have to spend time trying to repair the scuff marks on my wall.After multiple attempts at trying to follow the instructions, I gave up and assumed I was going to just have to break the thing and ruin it just to get it out of my office. I figured I would need to get tools from my garage and cut it up into pieces so it could be thrown in the trash. Everyone in my house could hear my cursing. In a state of total frustration I just used all of my weight and muscle power to jam it back into the carrying case by brute force. I am a tall guy and so I was able to force it. I cannot imagine a smaller person being able to do what I did.The company should be ashamed of itself for not providing better instructions and tips. I understand that folding something like this can be tricky...but come on. You have to provide better videos that are product specific and explain the process more clearly. Also, why not some kind of indicator on the edge of the product to tell you where to fold it? I will be returning this item. The way I jammed it into the carrying case is probably wrong and so it is likely going to be mis-shaped if I try to remove it again. I can only assume I have ruined it.

This is a nice enough product, especially if you want to use it "Tall" or portrait. But if you want to use it wide, or landscape there is not a side loop to hang it. I can't be the only one that ever needs to do that.
