This watchband has a couple of flaws. First, it will fade and leave black on your arm if you sweat the least amount or get it the tiniest bit wet when you wash your hands while wearing it. Also, the rings that are meant to hold the excess band down stick up and do not hold the band "flap" down. And these rings make the band uncomfortable on your wrist if you lay your hands/wrists flat on any hard object...for example, your desk while typing.It is nice and looks very stylish, but I only use it when I am going to wear it for a short time and know that I will not be out in the heat.

UPDATE: There was a problem with the watch protector being the wrong size. I contacted the company, and I have got to say, that the customer service is EXCELLENT! They contacted me back quickly and took care of it above and beyond what they needed to do, which I greatly appreciated. I already recommended the great watch band but wanted to give a shout-out to the excellent customer service! Thank you!I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this watchband but I just love it. It's very comfortable to wear with soft, supple leather. I got the rose gold to match the series 4 Apple Watch and it matches perfectly. I would definitely order another one in a different color and recommend it to anyone who likes a soft leather well-made band.

I really like this band. It looks great, was a pretty good price, and it’s comfortable. That being said, for an active lifestyle it is not very durable. I workout about 5 times a week and am a custodian and student. The first two pictures is the watch bands reaction to my sweat right after a work out. The later two pictures are the watch completely dry, the band being stained. The band stained about 3 weeks-a month into owning the watch and the stain have just gotten darker (I’ve had the band since Jan. 4th so about 6 weeks). Sure, I swear a lot and i could change bands every time I work out, between exercise and work and dressing professionally for classes however, I don’t want to have to keep changing my watch band. As well, the case cover has started to chip at the four corners. This one I can’t explain, the best guess could be from the chemicals at my job maybe getting on it. Either way I figured it was important to note.I still have the band 4 stars because it is very stylish and matches everything I wear, comfortable in day-to-day life and in activity, and because the price was good for quality in my opinion and being that I’ll probably buy a new band as soon as this one is too sweat stained, chipped, or broken.I hope that helps!

4-Month Update:The band has become useless and I’m required to replace it. Knocking back from 5 stars to 3. The loops don’t hold the band tail in place anymore at all, and it’s nearly fallen off my wrist multiple times. Pretty bummed.3-Month Update:The little metal loops that hold the end of the band down are now flapping freely, and frequently come loose throughout the day. Overall I still like the band. Wondering if I can shim the loops in so they fit snugly again. Overall, I still like it, just requires some adjustment.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I got this to replace my sport silicon band because it was starting to give me a rash. I liked the idea of a natural fabric that wouldn’t just trap moisture against my skin. So far I love it! The raw edged of the leather, we’ll see how those age over time. But the overall construction seems good, with sewn and bonded leather around the hardware.It comes with a little black rubber face shield (for your watch face, not your human face) and I figured I’d try it out. It just goes around the edges, it doesn’t cover the glass itself. Adds just a little extra size to it, not much, and seems to protect it a bit. Slips off simply enough, and isn’t necessary to make the watch band fit, in case it’s not up your alley. Overall I’m pretty happy with it! Nice color, not too chunky for my tiny wrist. 5 stars.

I just got this delivered today! It’s really beautiful in person. I must have missed that it came with the bumper guard, so it was a pleasant surprise to be able to switch out the one that’s been on my watch for way too long - PSA please clean under those things, I didn’t realise how much dust collects under there.I’m breaking the band in now but it is really soft and comfortable right out of the box. A little bulkier at the closure than the one I’m switching from because if the metal rings to hold in the band, but I think this looks quite elegant. It cinches down to my small wrists very well. Overal a major upgrade from the coloured faux-leather bands I was using. I may update if I remember but probably only if I have a problem. If this is the last thing I write then it worked out perfectly!

I've tried a couple of other leather bands, but this one is by far the best. The leather is both high quality and flexible; the inner surface is just rough enough so that the watch doesn't slide around. I have the dark brown, and it's exactly as pictured.No idea how long this will last, but it seems like pretty sturdy leather; there's no stitching to come unraveled, and it seems like the sort of leather that isn't going to easily crack with use, like some of the ones with a glossier finish.

Really wanted to love this and make it work but unfortunately it does not fit my wrist. Yes, I have bony hands and wrists; much smaller than most women so I have problems with bracelets and watch bands fitting properly. Even on the tightest setting, my watch still turns around and the excess band sticks out too much. Quality was very nice and rose gold color is pretty.
