These are just like reading glasses, not much good at a PC monitor distance. Hard to appreciate any affect over ordinary reading glasses

Okay...I'm sure these are good for your eyes but I spend more time cleaning them than wearing them. They smudge at the slightest little touch and you have to use a.cleaning cloth....not just your shirt to clear them being careful not to breathe on them. Very frustrating.

I had problems seeing near distance. I can now see them clearly. Of course, you won't be able to see anything clearly over 2 meters.

Good reading glasses, good quality and power as written

I work all day at a computer and often watch television in the evening. I have been getting headaches and wear computer glasses but I wanted something to use all day long to try and ease these symptoms.I hope you find this review useful and gives you an idea about this pair of Kkenzhou Blue Light Glasses. and why I've given them 5 stars.I love the shape and style of these glasses and much cheaper than the pair that my optician suggested.They arrived within a lovely protective case within a standard amazon box which was small enough to go through the letter box – always a bonus.I thought they looked great and I was really impressed with the quality – they felt heavy but not too heavy. By this I mean different to other pairs I have seen on the high street where the glasses feel so flimsy that I was worried I would break them within the week.Firstly, I was keen as I was told to avoid the harmful blue light. Although the first day I wore them I couldn’t really tell the difference.However, within a week of wearing them I felt the difference – I very rarely get headaches in the last few weeks compared within at least 3 evenings of pain killers a week.They are great and I honestly thing for $20 they are a complete bargain.
