Need to splurge and get stainless steel ones that are heavy enough to go inside with just the use of gravity instead of force.

Hegar Dilator Sounds are fun to use
I liked that the set has 8 different sizes so you can experiment which size is best for you. It allows a beginner to start at the thinnest sound, get used to it, then move on to the next size. Make sure you sterile them good after each use. You don't want to get an bacterial infection. I bought an electric sterilizer from Amazon and it works great. Just put all your sounds in the tray, close it and turn it on. They'll be ready for the next time you want to have fun with them.
