PRO Synthetic Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 150 Count, 10” Precut Strips

I’ve been using KT Tape for a couple of years now and needed to restock. I loved that this one comes in pink, and it’s a huge roll compared to the small rolls you usually find in stores. The larger size will definitely save you money in the long run. Not only is it a great value, but it also provides excellent support and really helps relieve pain by supporting your muscles. If you’re looking for flexible, effective, colorful, and cost-saving muscle support, look no further.

Have knee & rotator cuff problems. This supports enough so the areas can heal, inflammation goes down, & I get relief! I get about 3-4 days wear with the pro tape. I could get more days out of it but my skin is sensitive & I prefer giving it a break at that point. Plus typically my symptoms are gone by that time anyway. This reallllly helps my rotator cuff when I get the aching or sharp pains. Just putting it on gives me relief when I'm really hurting. The only downside is, I can't apply it by myself to my shoulder/back area. I do have to have help but it works!!! Watch the online videos from the company & that will help you apply it correctly. It takes some practice but once you do it more, you'll start to apply it better & get the PT results you want. Also if the edges curl on you, as long as the tape is staying put & you still feel supported, it still works. It might not look perfect but it's doing it's job! I keep this on hand at all times, it's that effective!

Great kinetic bands. Sometimes I need to feel the knees “secured” and I use two on each. The physiotherapist once used some similar bands and it felt so good I had to find something to have in case I’d need some support again. Be aware tension and way of apply them should be applied by a professional first to avoid unwanted results. I had tried another style that I had to cut and these ones just make all the difference. Being precut, even if I travel I might just take four of them just in case. The whole roll is kind of heavy and probably having the option of buying less quantity would be appreciated. I’m not a professional, I’m a user and lucky enough not to need them all the time. They are fantastic

I can’t say enough good things about this product. I’m very athletic and 62. I am practically taped together. This stuff is so supportive and helps you to not hyperextend or overdo it. So you can play almost full strength when you’ve got a MILD injury and get back out there faster. I use it mostly for plantar fasciitis, shoulder and elbow issues (tennis and golfer’s elbow), and Achilles tenderness. Look up the YouTube video for your specific injury and it tells you exactly how to apply. Be sure to rub down your skin with a little rubbing alcohol first to remove your natural body oils and it will stay on for five days. Be sure to warm it up with a little friction, as instructed, to cure the adhesive for longer lasting wear. You can shower in it And it almost feels like you’ve got a nice ice pack on it when it’s drying from the shower. I even use it on my quads for skiing aggressively. (Or after! haha) If you are old enough to have thin skin, though, this is NOT for you. Try a smaller roll and not the “pro”. I will also add that Nike has been fantastic with supporting tournaments and fundraising by donating product. Solid company. I had tried other, less expensive tapes, and they don’t compare. They either don’t stick well, are flimsy and offer less support, or leave adhesive all over you, which becomes a nightmare of having to scrub with nail polish or goo gone.

I bought this tape out of desperation. My husband has plantar fasciitis, and he was in so much pain he could barely walk. I read the reviews, and figured it couldn’t hurt to try it out. And if Olympic athletes use it, maybe it might help us mere mortals? So it arrived, and it sat around not being used. To say my husband was skeptical is an understatement. He finally caved in when he had been doing yard work, and was in so much pain he was willing to do anything for a little relief. I used the heel pain directions instead of the plantar fasciitis simply because I didn’t see it at the time (he prefers the heel pain wrapping after trying the plantar fasciitis taping). Now before you actually use the tape, make sure you check out their website for directions on how to use this. It’s not like an ace bandage, it requires a different technique. I’m getting pretty good at taping his foot, but it did take some practice and following the directions carefully. Anyway, back to my husband. I taped his foot, and hoped it would help. About an hour after I taped it I asked him how his foot was doing. He said it actually felt better. And the longer it was on, the better the pain relief. He also noticed that his foot would not hurt as much in between tapings. In fact we didn’t tape him up one day, and he ended up really hurting. So now we make sure to tape his foot twice a week to help the healing process, and keep his pain level down. He does like to wear a compression sock over the tape for extra support. But this tape has really helped him, and we will never be without it anymore. If you have pain, you might want to give this a try. The company’s website has tons of options for taping different areas of the body, so definitely check it out. Tl;dr- husband has plantar fasciitis and this works wonders! He prefers the heel pain wrapping directions vs. the plantar fasciitis instructions. Check the website for wrapping instructions, and how to tape properly. I have used all KT products for over 10 years and had no adhesive issues. I recently decided to purchase the box with 150 strips since I was using it for back pain and patella issues while hiking and the price was better. My September 2024 purchase of the KT sports Med PRO, 150 pro strips have adhesive that stays on the skin when removing the tape. This is whether a 4 hr hike or leaving on a day or so. I tried several attempts to see if it was just a few bad strips but 20 or more in the package of 150 strips leave all the adhesive on my skin and hard to remove. It takes days of peeling to get off the adhesive even using alcohol and nail polish remover. For a $85-100 purchase, cannot use the remaining strips. Not sure if the product through Amazon is a second or dumping not perfect product but KT needs to correct any adhesive issues. Have not had a problem with KT tape purchases elsewhere.
