We bought this product after researching weight loss products. While taking this product, I managed a good diet consciously aimed at wight reduction. In my opinion, this product has no effect at all on reducing weight. Neither did I get any other beneficial effects in my health or in my lifestyle as a result of taking these tablets. I personally do not endorse any good effects as a benefit of taking these tablets.
