I like that you can see the contents and it is sturdy and the sides are thick but flexible the side has a red embossed scale In quarts and liters I got this because it is food safe For a storage tank for my rabbits auto water system I used to work in food service And loved this brand i know i can trust it

This one ain’t. That’s OK you can go to a commercial business were in they sell food processing products they will have buckets pans you name it that are plastic and that you can use your sous vide machine in quite easily I’ve done that and you don’t have to use a boiler and you don’t have to worry about chemicals in the plastic leaching into the food or through food through plastic into the food and sometimes the prices at the food processing establishments are far better than what you can buy from those selling so did machines good luck in your hunt cheers
