Motorola Talker T60 2 Way Walkie Talkie Radio - Black (Pack of 2)

Almost perfect. I was concerned if they would work in my Mum’s old country house but when I tested them from one end of the house to another (20m) and between ground floor and first floor, they still worked fine.In fact my brother says that they even work as far away as 100m away down the road!Good quality and built to last.If I had any criticisms it would be that the dual dock for 2 Walkie talkies is a little stingy as you can’t leave one plugged in in one room and another plugged in in another, meaning that both walked will have to be charged together at some point in the day. Also, the side “talk” button is a little sensitive as are the other keys. We have all accidentally pressed one key or another from time to time, so making the keys a little stiffer would avoid this. Otherwise, a dependable, affordable, quality product from Motorola.

I have another pair of these , I have had them 2 years still going strong , I use them on familly days out in the car keeping in touch with familly members in other cars . I use duracell bateries in all of them instead of the rechargeable ones it came with , the life of these bateries is exceptional . Distance is not a problem on motorways or roads , sound is clear . Very pleased they do the job well.

Great radios for the money.Battery life is very good, I use these for airsoft and have played three 6-7 hour game days with these radios on the whole time, while transmitting fairly regularly.The range is good, the site I use them spans about 2km one side to the other and is thick woodland with a couple of valleys.They also pair up nicely with other sets. We had 4 man team using a radio each and they worked flawlessly.

We enjoyed this product where you're near each other but there is no way on this earth it's up to 8km distance, I was in one car my daughter was in another and there wasn't even a mile difference and we lost contact, itnwasnt until I I got around 200 yards from them that we could talk to each other

Easy to use, good battery life, good build quality by Motorola and they look quite cool as well. Come with belt clips and you can use earpiece if you want. Not really tested long range but they certainly do a few hundred metres building to building crystal clear, which is more than what I need them for. Five miles or so does seem optimistic but may be possible on wide open terrain, or boat to boat on the sea perhaps.
