Active Duty: Gay Military Erotic Romance Paperback – June 17, 2014

I held off on reading this because it's porn and I usually prefer at least the trappings of a plot. The stories varies in quality. There were solid stories, outrageous stories and some that were outright fantasy - and I'm not referring to the one story that's science fiction. Overall, it was fun to read.

I first have to give my full appreciation to "So, Then" for managing to include a disabled character in this military collection. It and one other were all I enjoyed while a third was unreadable because the content made me incredibly uncomfortable. The rest were okay but not good enough to give this my default rating of four stars.

It was wonderful reading the stories of MM military romance. Sometimes I was taken aback of how military personnel had to hide themselves because of their preferences in who to love while doing what they loved to due, serve our country. Some stories were thought provoking , funny and whimsical. The stories were thought provoking. I enjoyed reading them to the fullest.

This anthology of stories about men in in our Armed Forces enlightened me as to how much life in the service has changed.Each story was interesting and erotic with only one story a total turn off. (SMBD is not interesting to me.) The other stories were all fairly high in my ratings, thus the four stars.

It is pretty much what you expect. I don't know what I was really looking for, but i guess a little more substance. More story less graphic. But it is good for what it is.

I loved the stories. As an ex sailor, long before the new freedom, i appreciate being able to read about the love i know military men can share.

Banal, aburrido, predecible, predecible, predecible, no está particularmente bien escrito ni los cuentos bien estructurados (a uno le gusta el sexo pero también textos bien escritos), francamente mediocre.
