Sometimes does not work well !
Does not work properly as should be !sometimes the code, card and the finger print failure .

Disaster!
Landlord instants this on our office door. No one can figure out how to program it. Directions are illegible. Need 8 digit code. Really loud. Today it failed completely and locked us all in the office! Had to take out the batteries to open it. Whatever codes we were able to get in now apear to be lost. Card worked but then wouldn't lock. I'll have to get rid of it tomorrow.

Did not fit my sliding glass door.
The product was specifically for glass panes doors. But not double panes. It was just too small.
