So far so good. I’ve had it for 3 days now used it 3 times and everytime it worked like its suppose to. It does Not come with the water proof cap you have to purchase it separately I did before buying it cause it tells you it dose not come with it. So just be aware. But so far great product. Edit: it’s 6 months later and still working great I’m under it right now. Only thing I can say is if you are using it at home like I am, make sure you put a mat or rug towel or something under it. The steam from the machine does get on the floor. Not too bad but I can definitely hear water dropping I don’t see it cause I have a mat under mine. Other than that it works great. And boy has it grown my hair.

If there is one purchase I am overly excited about is this hair steamer! It not only steams, but the 7 different colors targets different hair concerns. Living in FL the humidity is unreal but I knew my hair was lacking moisture but having this steamer not only put moisture back in my hair but it was way easier detangling and the finished style was soft and flowy! I have done others hair and everyone is amazed at the steam treatment. Trust it's on the expensive side but it is totally worth it!

The first day I used it the light worked and the steamer was so strong. The next week I tried to use it the steamer was weak, I couldn’t see the steam and the light would not come on. As you can see in the photo the light button is on but it was not coming one. I keep it for a few days to try again, it came on for 2 minutes but it is not consistent. I think this was a used steamer that was sold to me. I would love to get a brand new machine if I’m paying over $500

This steamer does not disappoint. It provides full head coverage and is easy to operate. I use once a week and can see a noticeable improvement re: the health of my hair. (4c) Great investment and I purchased via Amazon sale days for $100 discount which was nice! Read enclosed instructions before operating. Also, many people complain waterproof cap is not enclosed. The information clearly states waterproof cap is sold separately. And, I’d advise purchasing waterproof cap.

Works exactly as described and I couldn't be happier. My clients love the shine that it gives to their hair and the lights make it a fun and memorable experience.

I love hair streamer. But need some repair my streamer is leaking. Need a replacement hood has broken. Try to order but couldn’t find lol it.

I love it but the blue light does not stay on. As for the other colours it’s a myth, I just keep it on the red light does. Micro steam seans to really soften natural 4c hair brilliantly. For me that’s why it’s a keeper.

Run away if you value your peace of mind. I bought this steamer because I thought it's one of the best. I loved the colour changes, the idea of sealing in the moisture but it turned out to be my worst nightmare. I was sent a faulty steamer. I couldn't change the lights, it was only red light which I settled to use instead of sending it back I reported all these to the seller without knowing that the worst was yet to come. The worst, I was about steaming a customer's hair, on trying to reduce the height of the steamer, the plastic on the stand shattered in my hand. It didn't fall, nothing touched it but my hand. I have tried to contact the seller many times but he kept trying to convince me to keep the steamer and they will send a replacement stand. Mind you, this steamer laster only 3 weeks. Obviously I refused as I want my refund. Till now, I'm still waiting for them to come and collect it and it's over 3 days now. Don't be tricked by the fancy look of the steamer and choose a more reliable one. Update Day 4, I was send a return code to carry the steamer to an Evri store, no collection option given. As I have no car, I had to pay £19 on Uber ride. No code was given for the cap which was supposed to have been collected 4 days ago, for which the collection time I was given was between 11pm Friday and 11pm Saturday. To say that this experience has caused me undue stress is an understatement
