Q: How do u get pump to work

Wasn’t sure why people were having problems with this, but now that I have it, I get it. It simply spins, separately from the screw down top. I just tightened it down, and then the inside stopped spinning, and it was easy to release the pump. You shouldn’t ever need to take it off, so tightening it down is the easiest way to make it work.

Q: My husband love/hates his beard, his skin gets itchy. Does this help with skin care as well as hair texture?

It helps keep his beard soft. You need the beard oil and beard butter. It will help with the itchy skin
