Beautiful and informative!
There is a lot of room for improvement in health care systems around the world. The framework of thinking and the myriad of use cases provided in this short book are extremely useful in equipping students in healthcare fields to be more critical of existing systems. The lens offered in this book is valuable for everyone in healthcare and I believe at least portions of the text should be required curricula in medical school, nursing school, medical administration school etc. If we want to improve our healthcare system for patients and providers we need to equip our students to think like designers.

A great intro to the topic with content that easy on the eyes.
This is an excellent read and a beautiful book. It’s logically organized and provides both a concise intro to the topic and methods as well as handy case studies which can be referred back to easily later.

Kindle formatting doesn't allow for text resizing
Good book so far, but ironically it's hard to read because of poor formatting that requires the reader to pinch and zoom across every page on the Kindle mobile app in order to read the text. For a design book they didn't think much about the design.I wish I had gotten the paper version instead.
