Great product and enjoy taking it.

It took a few days to adjust to the new substance in the body but feeling great! Been taking it for a week and a half now twice a day. I have less cravings, especially at night, and feeling better overall. My 82 year old mother is taking it once a day snd she is feeling better overall as well.
