Bagan to crystalize after arriving
Fair trade and organic is great...but... Began to crystalize as soon as received. At first, only the one I opened crystalized within 24 hours. Then, within days all 3 crystalized. I realize all I have to do is re-heat it but the fact they all did this is very discouraging and I re-heated the one I opened and it re-crystalized soon after. I will NOT buy this product again!!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

Really Good Honey
I contacted the company to ask them about micro-filtering which strips pollen from the honey and they replied that they only filter per US Grade A standards and they do not micro-filter their honey. Two thumbs up!!

Not bad, not great
I like honey and buy orange blossom or buckwheat honey from a local farmers market. I tried Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Fair Trade Honey, and I am not a fan of it. I believe the flavor is just OK because I can taste burnt caramel which is not a taste I like. I am not sure if it is caused by the type of flower this honey is made from or by something else. I prefer this honey mixed as a sweetener in a cup of tea or yogurt rather than eating it by itself on a toast. When I tried it on toast, I did not like the smell of it.

Average
I found the taste, texture and use of the honey no different than the grocery store kind I normally get. Nor did I find it better than the local beekeeper's honey. It was in every way I would judge honey, average. In fact, it was mild. That's not to say I did not enjoy it. I did, but there was no excitement. In the lull of the afternoon, I take a spoonful or two (or three, or four) to speed the next hour along. I have also enjoyed it drizzled on toast. No, it is not a Whole Foods product. I thought it was.Ultimately, I would use this as an ingredient, as a sweetening agent, but not as a flavoring.--Brockeim

Honey has a strang smell
This honey has a strange smell to me, almost like caramel that has been nearly burnt. I so wanted to try this but it came to me with the seal broken and had leaked all over the inside of the packaging. I guess I am a little leary of trying it since the seal was broken, it was probably in shipping but I can't be certain of it. I buy local honey and they all have a very nice honey scent but this one doesn't have a good scent to me, I am not sure what makes this one so much different from the other natural honeys I have gotten.

Not the best tasting
I am glad this honey has no pollutants and I like the convenient dispenser but I find other honeys I have ordered from Amazon are better tasting such as: White Gold Honey, YS Organic Bee Farms Raw honey and even Manuka honey which has a strong taste. This tastes sweet but nothing special. I also prefer creamy honey rather than liquid - it's easier to spread, not as messy, tastes better and lasts longer.

Taste is not to my expectation
it's not as sweet as the other honeys I have had but at least it's organic. I've only had it once and will not buy anymore, I do not like the taste at all.
