I've taken multivitamins for years, and for years peed yellow... Since taking these no longer does it come out in my urine. My body must absorb these nature-sourced supplements much better than the other brands. I just purchased my third bottle.

Garden of Life Organics are the only vitamins I take. The are made from whole food vegetables, which have superior bioavailability. I feel energized, sleep better, and feel better. Before I took these, I was feeling tired all the time. I did some research, and read scientific reports which told that vitamins from organic vegetables have superior nutrients. I strive to eat organic as much as possible now and I feel so much better!

I was looking for a vitamin that doesn't give me a stomach ache and, most importantly, easy to swallow. So far, I believe it's better than GNC MegaMen and Optimum Nutrition. I had been taking Megamen for years and I was breaking them in half so I could swallow half at a time.Take a look at the pictures:* MyKind vitamin is a little under 1" in length, same length as megamen and optimum.* MyKind weight is 1.37 grams each pill. (1.69 grams for Megamen and 1.19 grams for Optimum)* MyKind is a little thinner than Megamen and a little thicker than OptimumSo far, I don't have any problem with MyKind. I feel it's better than MegaMen and Optimum. Optimum will give you a stomach ache.
