My daily B12 regimen - essential

In short: this worked for me and it's worth a try. I also think they taste good. A lot of these type of products may work for one person but not for another. There are several people in my family that have B-12 deficiency and they get monthly shots. I have never been tested. But I do have a great lack of energy quite frequently. So will this give you a huge surge of energy? No! It's not like on the sitcoms or the cartoons were someone drinks caffeine and suddenly they go crazy! It's more like this. I'll be sitting on the couch thinking "I really need to vacuum," but I just can't seem to get going. And suddenly several days have past and I still haven't vacuumed. Taking the B-12 (one every other day), now I do the stuff I need to do, when I need to do it. It does take a little while to dissolve, that's why I take it at night after I've brushed my teeth, but before I fall asleep. I don't personally believe that most supplements(not all) help you that much unless you're deficient in that particular vitamin. In my opinion. Also note that you need to take them for several weeks before you will be able to look back and notice a difference. I took them for about eight months. Then quit because I began to wonder if the difference I felt was imagined. But in about ten days I found myself back on the couch with no energy.

I have been using this product for at least 2 years. It has been a huge help with my peripheral neuropathy in my feet from a combination of Diabetes and CMT. I can tell when I have forgotten to take it. It is easy to use and has a pleasant taste. I simply place the tab under my tongue and let it dissolve. It does have a tendency to take a little longer to dissolve, but if it takes too long I just bring it onto my tongue and pretty soon it is gone. Unlike some other brands I tried, this doesn't leave any residue in my mouth. One brand turned my whole mouth pink. I don't have any problem with this B12.

This works well for those who cannot absorb B12 through the intestine. This was proven by my lab work: however, it takes a long time to dissolve, and doesn't dissolve completely. The taste isn't great so it's hard to wait until it completely dissolves. Although it was working well for me, I switched to something else because of the taste and the time it takes to dissolve

After doing research, my conclusion was that only methyl cobolamine B12 (as opposed to the cheaper brands found in Walgreens, etc, of cyano cobolamine)should be consumed, if you truly want the benefits. Since I'm a vegetarian, I don't get my B vitamins from meat, as many do. These taste great, and easily dissolve under the tongue for fast absorption. I can see results, as my fingernails were ridged before starting this B12, and now they are growing out smooth. Apparently, my fingernails indicated a B12 deficiency. It's such an easy vitamin deficiency to correct, and buying this supplement is a cost-effective way to do it.

This is an excellent product that I have been using for many years. It is in lozenge form that you place under your tongue and allow to melt.

This B12 is sublingual meaning that the pill melts under your tongue rather than being swallowed. What is the benefit of this? By melting the B-12 pill under your tongue the B-12 goes straight to work in your body. When you swallow a pill, it has to deal with stomach acids breaking down the pill and many times, the body does not get the full benefits of the vitamin. This way by melting under the tongue you avoid the stomach acids so the vitamin can begin benefiting your body immediately. The taste is good too.
