This works great when you take it in the evening. Then when you go in the morning you feel lighter.Fair warnings, while this stuff does help get the stuff out of you it’s best to do this over the weekend or mornings when you know you don’t have any plans. It’ll take time, but when you go, you will go.

Definitely works, however, I feel like you need two years bags for the full effect! Overall, it’s a good product and it tastes good……add a cinnamon stick and thank me later!

I had a different tea that works by disrupting momentum. You drink it, stand by the toilet for 3 days ..it will flush your system and you will be watering your heart out.But this one is gentle and feels natural. I drink it like regular tea. Will drink today n add hot water through out the day since I am a heavy tea person.I use honey with my tea.It will make u use the toilet without much force. You will have the urge, you will use it, the initial day you will have soft stool, with subsequent uses, you may use the toilet daily or twice daily with much softer sti but not a diarrhea type. It’s gentle not disruptive.One of my kids has constipation regardless of how much we tried , this has been helpful .I also use it to keep my digestive going and good health.I will recommend it.

Do not over do it…it does what its says it does I almost died because I overdid it

I have had the original 3 ballerina tea in the past and am enjoying this flavored variety pack. I’ve only tried the cinnamon so far but can say the flavor is very subtle, yet strong enough to taste the cinnamon, and even better- the potency of the tea still works like magic to get the old pipes clear.This tea won’t affect your sleep and can be used before bed for the easiest results. Make sure you follow the instructions or you’ll be running to the bathroom all day. Its laxative properties are very effective.

I had high hopes for this tea after the reviews and word of mouth. The tea didn't live up to it. I thought I'd have to be tethered to a toilet. Taste was good without sweetener and it smells good. However, I barely went after Taking 2 bags for 2 consecutive days. Wouldn't buy again.

I love this product and amazon makes it easy to purchase regularly. Didn’t make me poop much but rastes good.
