Works with my new camera and very fast with less buffering
Bit pricey but that’s what you get for a good product.

Good value when on sale
Good value but the Extreme Pro name used to mean it was the fastest available now it’s just a name.Having moved from the Extreme Pro SD V90 cards to this I expected it to be top notch performance…but…SanDisk have a card above this called their cinema grade which is the one for higher sustained write rates. The Extreme Pro sustained write speeds top out nowhere near the max number on the card. The net result is for higher FPS cameras you can do RAW bursts, just it will after a short while consume the cards sustained write speed and you’ll be back to waiting for the card to buffer…For me the whole benefit of CFExpress cards is their speed - these are marginally better than SD V90 cards but at higher prices. For the performance there are better cards out there in my opinion.

A niche product, not suitable for everyone
If you have a professional camera that has CF Express, for example Nikon or Sony, then this card will give you ample storage, but may not be as quick as stated if the camera was upgraded to use CF Express via software, for example D850.As the card is 512GB then there is a risk of a serious data loss due to corruption but if you have a fast camera with high MP such as D850 or the new Sony Alpha A1 you can be safe in the knowledge you will not run out of space during a days shooting.

Great for the Canon R5 8K (All I)
Very happy with this card! I can film with my Canon R5 in 8K (All I) for 15 minutes at a time in the sun and there are no issues. The card does get hot but that is to be expected. You will need to buy a good quality reader to easily transfer your large files to your pc/Mac.I have not tried 4K 120fps but I can’t imagine it being a problem if 8K wasn’t a problem.
