I don’t have any complaints about the rug. It’s like it as described and it’s soft and so pretty and basic like I like it. Of course like any other white or cream rug do you want to make sure you don’t spill anything on it or it will stain it tells you to clean things up as fast as you can so it doesn’t stay in the carpet but I would suggest to drink your drinks in your kitchen.

We purchased this to cover our hardwood floors in the nursery.I love how comfortable and plush this rug is. I did pair this with a waterproof rug pad.The rug is easy to clean with a vacuum. The shag isn’t fraying or shedding. The color appeared as advertised.Very happy with our purchase.

This rug is wonderful but I had to return it as it was too thick and shaggy for the home office, the chair wheels just didn’t roll properly. It’s great quality and will be nice in any other room where you don’t use wheeled furniture.

This rug just arrived and it's perfect. Ordered the 8x10 rug and it fits great in my living room. It's super soft too. My cat already loves rolling around in it and it's only day 2 of having it!

Live this carpet. Very stylish… very dense… super soft to touch. I am using a thick soft pad.It is more like 8x 91/2 than 8x 10. Very pleased with this rug!

This adds so much to my living room! Modern and soft. I just wish I knew where to buy a brushless vacuum for it now!

I originally bought the grey rug but when it arrived it is more brown then grey. No worries, I exchanged it for the dark grey and we love it. It is so soft and doesn’t slid around like some other rugs do

Give it a few days and it will turn into a gorgeous rug. I got 2 runners and they look beautiful on either side of my bed.

The quality of this rug is great. It's super soft and thick. You can't how the material is attached to the base, like with some other lower quality rugs. It looks super stylish. The only draw back is that there is a chemical smell to the rug when you are lying down on it (we have small children so we noticed it).
