Super sleek and slim/compact treadmill that really folds flat!
BEAUTIFUL AT-HOME TREADMILL: Been looking for a streamlined, foldable, and dare a girl dream, attractive electronic treadmill for a long awhile...I literally googled 'attractive treadmill'—apparently, it's not a thing. ;) NOT GYM GRADE, BUT STILL BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL: I used to have a workhorse of a treadmill that despite its utilitarian/gym-grade design and girth, it kinda sorta folded flat, but at more of a distinct angle due to the overall real estate the control panel, base, etc needed...ya know, like most of the 'fold flat' options. Flash forward to today where, living in a more limited space with no dedicated 'gym room' to be had, I wanted something accessible but easily folded up/tucked away within a dual-purpose space. Now, this little beauty when folded up is lighter and more streamlined and super easy to wheel around (as long as you feel strong enough to lift one side to make it upright first (and this middle age, relatively out of shape woman can easily do it) as the folding flat process is two-fold: First, you release the control panel/handle section to fold it down flat onto the treadmill belt resting on the floor. Then, you lift up one side of the treadmill and voila, you have a truly standing upright and flat treadmill that you can maneuver and wheel around fairly easily and store vertically without it needing to lean on anything. Yay! (Disclaimer: I know the manufacturer states it needs to lean on something, but, thus far, that has not been my experience.) REASONABLY PRICED/LOVELY DESIGN: I was nervous when ordering it, because although fairly reasonably priced, it's still north of $800 when all is said and done, and I have a strong, and ok potentially unrealistic, expectation for what I was looking/hoping to find...happily, I can report it's pretty damn cool. I even like the subtle pink color...not too pink, but just enough to soften the look vs having to settle for the standard black/silver gym equipment. I set it up in my living room (boy, was that box HEAVY, even just dragging on ground from my front door into my livingroom took some doing) and I gotta say the machine is attractive open or close, especially at such 'low' price point for what's looking to be a decent treadmill. SOLID FOOTPRINT: Please note I've only had it for a couple weeks, and haven't done any hardcore running on it yet, but so far so good. :) I call it my baby treadmill, but it doesn't feel too narrow or small for a decent jog, but I'm only 5'2" and just getting back into shape so we'll see. That said, it's looking to be perfect for what I needed: a compact, attractive, foldable, but solid machine for daily light jog/run..sure, .I won't be breaking any records on this one, but it's getting me up and moving so I'm happy. As far as testing it out, as of this writing, I've been starting with a 15-30 minute steady paced walk (3 mph) ramping up to 3 min jog/sprints up to 4-4.5 for a 45-60 min session in total and, so far, the machine feels solid, the only weak point being my currently limited fitness level. ;) No treadmill shaking or noise issues with either incline or speed either. Granted, I do turn up the volume on the tv more than usual when running and the elevation options are limited, but effective (incrementally up to 12), and some of the programming buttons are not intuitive...something to keep in mind if that matters to you which kinda did to me, but getting over it as I slowly learn what each do (ie: reading the manual). In short, for someone looking to get a little cardio going without committing to a much larger or pricier gym-level type machine, this one works really great..and doesn't look or feel as budget-friendly and compact as it is. Very happy! Bravo Asuna. :) ASSEMBLY: This too was a breeze, and basically a non-issue, so much so I cancelled the professional assembly appointment. The only assembly caveat being if you want the secondary handles installed (heart rate handles already attached), just know that you apparently will have to remove them every time you want to fold it flat (at least that’s how I interpreted the manual) which was the main reason I bought the fabulous thing in the first place (ie: ease in folding when done) so I opted to leave the second handles off and, so far, do not miss them—at all. The hardest part of 'assembly' was me trying to deadlift the 140+ lb machine out of the box..fortunately, I figured out a smarter work-around (desperation breeds invention, does it not?), dismantling the box around the treadmill and pulling it out from under the machine...much easier! Also, a big THANK YOU to the two Amazon dudes who hauled the box up 17 steps to my front door. I wasn't here, but saw what their heroic efforts on my door camera. They even called me upon arrival. They are seriously delivery rockstars! Bravo Amazon. :) EARLY REVIEW...so far so good, but if I have any issues, I'll be back to update this puppy. Healthy running everyone!

Life Changing & Serves Multiple Goals to Recover & Maintain Health
This machine was everything we were looking for and more. After it arrived it was better than we even thought too! In no particular order it is: -pleasing to look at -surprisingly easy set up even right out of the box -as our lives and space needs change, this machine needed to be able to adapt to it, and so far it does -not too heavy for me to maneuver, despite my health challenges -sturdy and I do not fear having to replace it anytime soon -the control bar is placed in an optimal position in relation to the track - it isn't to the far front -the length of the track is not too long or short -side storage slot for the control bar & handle tightening tool was an important feature, keeping everything in one space -enjoy that you don't have to separately screw on the hand bars like other models -during the workout, the control bar also flashes between the time of session and steps, this is a nice bonus, even though I wear a FITBIT -there isn't a feature that we find wanting -there isn't a feature that we won't be using daily, either (except for maybe the speakers, as we will use Alexa or earbuds more often, but we will still make use of this) -the perfect price point for both quality and economical value -we planned to put it away after each session, but have kept it out, and this is not due to issues with putting it away, but b/c it isn't an eyesore (despite limited space and large windows we want to keep unobstructed) and we are using it more than we thought. *We bought a 6-pack of Excercise Equipment pads from Amazon. This helps to muffle the vibrations on the floor, even though we feel it is already pretty quiet, and it is on an area rug or will be used on low carpet, we find this increases the barrier between us and those in the unit bellow. -I was looking for something that had a higher maximum speed, and this fit the bill. My goal is to walk daily or do HIIT sessions 2-3 times a week. I am a slow sprinter for now, so as I am healing this will be a great service! I'm only just walking right now. (walking or HIIT are optimal exercises overall) BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND! This unit serves us in all areas this way. Our entire family has been using it multiple times a day. My husband is picky and prefers more uneven terrain outside, but still finds this quite pleasurable and my children (12 and 14) are enjoying it a lot and have plans to use it every day as they know the benefits of walking, and they even break out into some light interval sprints. I am a 39-year-old female who is also a homeschool mom. I have always been somewhat active, lean, and flexible. I was homebound 7-9 months last year, I then had 4 months beginning in November that I could leave, and with spring this year I am again homebound. I am very busy indoors, but I am not able to get enough steps within our loft apartment/condo. (I much prefer this above pacing) Due to this, the muscles in my legs have developed a limited range of motion, despite some other exercises and stretches. This issue has gotten so bad that I have continual knee pain on one side and I can only get up from sitting or the floor slowly. I have also gained almost 10 pounds and now weigh more than I ever have. (This doesn't include 2 pregnancies) Initially, my legs get a workout at around the ~10-minute mark at about 2 mph, but I am breaking up a few different 10-minute sessions throughout the day. My goal is to get to 60+ minutes a day. I am utilizing the MELT Method by Sue Hitzmann to help with this adjustment period as well as for multiple other benefits. I am also doing The Happy Body Program by Jerzy. Finally, I am in the middle of doing brain retraining with Dynamic Neural Retraining Program which encourages walking or HIIT as highly beneficial for brain health.

Space saving, easy set up, moderate maneuverability - definitely recommended
Just got this treadmill about an hour ago. It took longer to get through the packing materials than it did to set up! I was very pleased! It is more compact than I expected, but no less impressive! I struggled a bit to lube the power deck under the belt, but finally (gently) used the accompanied Allen wrench to lift the belt up (closer to the front or top of the treadmill) and gently slide it to the middle. I was then able to use the lubricant with attached flexible straw and zig zag from the top to the bottom of the deck on both sides. I turned on the treadmill at lowest power (0.6) for about 4 minutes just to be safe. The noise level is minimal, but it's not super quiet if that's what you're expecting. This was something I looked for in reviews and videos prior to purchasing. Mine is in my living room on wood floors and I don't expect will disturb anyone in the house if I get up early. The display is vibrant and easy to read. One of the things that drew me to this model was the small footprint, slimline and clean appearance. It's a sturdy machine with little to no bulk. There are pre-programmed workouts, but I'm happy to adjust on my own using the handle grips - which are very responsive. If you're a runner, you may want to spend a little less on similar Sunny models without the incline, but I plan to moderate walk on incline for a better low-impact workout. I tore my meniscus earlier this year and I think this will be my answer for keeping active and avoiding surgery! It is a bit on the heavy side and not as "just fold it up and store it when you're done!" as they make it out to be. I'm a 50 year old, fairly strong woman and I can handle it, but was glad to have it set up and need to do that too often. The weight is listed as 127lbs, but feels more like 40lbs when lifting and using the wheels. My husband and I were able to move the box around after the two young guys from Amazon delivered it to my living room. Lay it flat to unpackage and you basically just raise up the bar after unpacking! They recommend removing the safety handle bars when you lower the bar back down, so if you're not going to use them...don't bother installing.

Pleasantly Surprised - Its a perfect treadmill for me
I was nervous buying a treadmill online and one of this size. I'm used to seeing the really big ones you see at a gym. I eventually decided on this one because if was small enough that it could fit under my couch but still had hand rails. Its easy to set up and put away. Its kinda a work out getting it out from and back under my couch, its heavier than I thought but its not so heavy I cant do it. (29yo female, 5'4" 200lbs, very out of shape...) I bought this in December 2019 and it is still working well with no issues. *knock on wood* The first couple months I walked on it for 30min-1hr a few times a week at 2-3mph. Then like all treadmill owners I stopped using it for a few months, I left it under my couch, out of the way collecting dust... It got taken out a couple times after that but now I've been using it daily again for the last month. I've been walking on it 1hr-4hr a day (4 hours broken up from morning to evening) at 2.5-3mph. The treadmill will stop after 2 hours of continuous use but can be restarted. probably better if you give it a break but It does work. Probably not recommended but I put a closet shelf on top of the hand rails and then put my laptop on it so I can walk while working too. There is still plenty of room for me to walk. Overall I'm really happy with this treadmill and would recommend it. -- June 2023 update, I still highly recommend the treadmill but mine has now officially died. In the last year I have been running 5-6 mph for 1-3 hours daily durring the summer months and then a couple times a month durring the winter. My husband tried to run on it at 7mph and the treadmill shut off and won't turn back on. The power button was VERY hot but the motor wasn't so not sure what happened exactly but very sad the treadmill died. I do with it would of lasted longer, but I never had any issues with it and it lasted 3.5 years and this is much cheaper than your normal name brand tredmills. Still tbd if I'm going to buy another one right now but if your looking for a treadmill this was pretty good overall.

Ghost in the Machine! Read this if you're having trouble with your treadmill!
I purchased this item for my wife for her birthday. We were attracted by the compactness, incline capability and the price. Continue reading to find out what I learned about the machine that likely solves many of the complaints that folks have listed here in other reviews. PROS Relatively light weight at 145# in the box. With 2 people or with a hand truck most will be able to manage. I moved it up 2 flights of stairs and I'm 60 y.o. and 155# in decent shape. It was well cushioned so I flipped it onto its side and then flipped it repeatedly up the stairs. Assembly is straightforward, quick and doesn't require a bunch of tools. Took about 30 min. to unbox and get it running. Running on it feels smooth and top speed is 8 mph so you won't be sprinting but can get a tempo run in if you're in moderate shape. CONS The at rest position is not flat and has a slight incline. Some older folks with neurogenic claudication or lateral recess stenosis (sorry, I'm a sports med chiro) might find that a deal breaker. My wife wanted a flat option, so as others here have suggested, I put a 1.5" thick 2x6 with some gym mat attached under the back legs to bring it up to level using a spirit level. My wife's first use was very frustrating with the machine exhibiting seemingly random changes in incline. She tried multiple times to change programs but the bug kept happening. She contacted Amazon and was encouraged to return the item for a replacement. I read reviews here sounded like the circuit board on this item was prone to failure, with others reporting random stops, random speed changes but I asked her to hold that return until I could troubleshoot. Assuring that the device was started in manual mode, not a programmed setting, I ran it through 3 hours of testing and had no failures or weird behavior. Looking at prior reviews here, several folks mentioned the buttons are hyper-sensitive to ANY pressure. So, that brings us to the Ghost in the Machine! The sensitivity on the buttons on this device is CRAZY and ANY contact with clothing, or in our case, a headphone cord can cause a change in program, a change in incline, a change in speed or a very abrupt stop. We'll try to report back after a few months but we're pleased with it at present. ADDENDUM: Unfortunately, after a year of use the treadmill began to stop erratically in the middle of runs. We followed all specs for belt lubrication, tension and centering. Currently we have a support ticket out but am not hopeful this will resolve.

Great Walking Treadmill For The Cost
I have to agree with most everyone's positive reviews. I purchased this because of the smaller size, and the durability of it. So far it hasn't disappointed me. I have a smaller house, so this fits in nicely! Set up was a breeze! All I had to do was install the hand rails and oil the belt per the instructions. Plug it in and start walking. I included with the treadmill purchase the BalanceFrom GoFit High Density Treadmill Exercise Bike Equipment Mat, 3 x 6.5-ft, Regular - it seemed to give the treadmill a bit of extra cushion when walking. I purchased the treadmill per my Dr. wanted me to start walking briskly a minimum of 35 mins a day, and the weather can be quite foul much of the time around here. I did a lot of research on these smaller walking treadmills...many I considered, but never purchased because they did not seem to offer much in walking speeds, inclines or durability. I wanted a treadmill that would grow with me as I regained my stamina. As I am walking I bump up the speed and incline, and then drop it back off, this is to simulate walking outside...the ease of use on the handle bars for the speed and incline make it super easy for me to get a bit of a challenging brisk walk in. This treadmill is fitting the bill perfectly so far. I get up every morning, make my cup of decaf, and while it is brewing, I am getting my steps in on the treadmill. I have it set up so that I can watch tv while working out, and the time fly's by! Per the treadmill and its many functions, what can I say - it is awesome! It keeps track of my steps, calories, heart rate, speed, incline, time, and distance, and the safety clip (that was another selling point for me), and foldable! So much in such a small package!!! I have found that the step counter and the heart rate function the most valuable for me. I also love the fact they put the speed and incline on the handles...very handy and easy to increase or decrease your speed. I have to kindly disagree with the those who stated it doesn't have all the bells and whistles - this has all the bells and whistles that count and then some. On a side note, not pleased with the Asurion warranty company that Amazon goes through. I also purchased the extended warranty for this treadmill, just in case. I pray I never need the warranty, but it was a small extra bit of expense for my peace of mind. I am still waiting on the Asurion Warranty to come. I have contacted them in regards to this, they explained it would take 24-48 hours to send me an email copy of the warranty and they would back it with a hard copy in the mail. I simply stated, 24-48 hours for an email copy? Seems a bit long to send an email. We shall see. I will update this if things change. In the meantime, this exercise treadmill was a great purchase for me! Update: I received my hard copy of my Asurion warranty yesterday on May 28, 2019. It took 2 weeks to receive it, but now I have it in hand. Note: what they sent me in email was very different than the hard copy. I suggest anyone who purchases the extended warranty to be sure they get an email and a hard copy for their records. I am still using and loving this treadmill on a daily basis!

No regrets!
Of all the quarantine purchases I've made, this one is probably in my top 3. With the gyms closed and the weather getting colder, we wanted something to use for cardio, but also was maneuverable and could still allow us to be flexible with our use of space, since we never intended to have anything resembling a "home gym". It needed to go in our guest room, but also needed to be able to collapse and fit under the bed for when we would (eventually) have guests again. We were actively not looking for ones that "folded" to an upright position because of the space issues. The assembly was super easy. It's literally as simple as the instructions say, though I'd budget a tiny bit longer, so maybe 5 min, max? The wheels make it easy to maneuver forward and back and side to side, and it's very manageable for 2 people to move around. When we were moving it around to get it into position, my husband had to stand and hold it while upright while I moved a rug, and it wasn't awkward or hard for him to do that--no weird balance issues or wobbly bits where it would make movement difficult. We measured, and it will also fit under our guest bed, which is pretty low to the ground, though we'll likely have to slide it in at an angle, but it'll get there. Overall, it's pretty quiet for a treadmill. We did buy some foam gym floor puzzle squares and the treadmill mat to go under it to protect our hardwood floors and also to dampen the impact noise when running. The difference in sound was noticeable after we put the foam and mat under it, so I'd recommend this to anyone where this could be an issue. We found foam pieces that were 1 foot by 1 foot so there wouldn't be too much excess sticking out. For the price, it's great. We had no desire to spend $3-4k on a treadmill that would eventually be a clothes rack, but that's just us. If you're expecting something super high-tech with all the bells and whistles, this one isn't for you. We were happy with the max speed and the weight limit, and if it had incline it would be nice, but then it likely wouldn't fold flat like we wanted, so it's a give and take. But it's pretty much what we wanted, so I consider this a big win. So far it gets used maybe 6x per week (each of us running 3ish x each), and it's been awesome. Bottom line--if you're short on space and need a fold flat treadmill that goes up to 8mph, this is the one. Like the review title says, no regrets.
